Book your parking

Book your parking with Parkster or Easypark

To pay with Parkster via the APP (for customers with non-Swedish phone numbers):

START parking 

  1. If it’s your first time using the service, you must first download the Parkster app and follow the steps to register. If you encounter any issues, contact Parkster at 077-533 30 30. Note: To register a payment card, you need to make a card transaction of 1 SEK, which will only appear as a reserved amount. 
  2. Once you are logged in and have registered your vehicle, you can enter your area code (the numbers on the sign) in the search bar at the top. 
  3. Now, drag the green line to set how long you want to park, then press “Select Car and Park” at the bottom.

To pay with Parkster via SMS: 

START parking 

  1. Open a new SMS. 
  2. Send an SMS with your area code (the numbers on the sign), followed by your license plate number and personal identification number, to 0707-13 14 15. 
  3. You will receive a confirmation that your parking has started. 

END parking 

You will receive a confirmation that your parking has ended.  

Open the same SMS thread where you started the parking. 

Type “STOP” and send the message. 

To pay with EasyPark via the APP (NOTE: For monthly subscriptions, use Parkster.): 

START parking 

  1. If it’s your first time using the service, you must first download the EasyPark app and follow the steps to register. If you encounter any issues, contact EasyPark at 077-011 22 00. Note: To register a payment card, you need to make a card transaction of 1 SEK, which will only appear as a reserved amount. 
  2. Once you are logged in and have registered your vehicle, you can enter your area code (the numbers on the sign) in the search bar at the top. 
  3. Now, turn the wheel to set how long you want to park. 
  4. When you have selected the desired parking time, press the middle of the wheel where it says “Start Parking” and choose your vehicle. 
  5. To stop your parking, press “Stop Parking” in the middle of the wheel.
